How long does a new fence installation take?

A typical residential fence installation takes 1-2 days depending on the length and terrain. More complex commercial installations may take 3-5 days. We schedule crew sizes accordingly per job.

When is the best time to install a new fence?

The best times for install are spring, summer, and early fall when the ground is thawed and not overly wet. We can still install during winter but frozen, muddy, or wet ground can complicate digging post holes.

Do your fences come with warranties?

Yes, we provide 1-year installation warranties as well as material warranties per manufacturer. Vinyl and aluminum fences often have lifetime material warranties.

Do you provide repair or maintenance services for existing fences?

Yes. We are fully equipped to diagnose issues with old, damaged, or deteriorating fences and provide repair solutions or full replacements.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and bank wire transfers. We also have financing partners we work with to provide low interest loans.

Do you offer customized fence designs?

Absolutely. We can customize nearly any fence to match your desired aesthetic, themes, or purposes whether residential or commercial.

How soon can you provide an estimate?

We provide same or next day estimates in most cases. Call or email us to have one of our qualified team members visit and assess your fencing needs.

Do you have any display models so I can view styles and materials?

Yes. We have a fencing showroom at our Columbia office. We also have numerous finished fences in neighborhoods around the city new customers can view upon request.

Do you provide temporary fencing or barrier solutions?

Yes. We offer chain link and privacy screen temporary fencing rentals ideal for special events, construction sites, etc.

Can you match existing fences when making repairs?

In most cases, yes. We source or fabricate materials needed to match existing fence dimensions, styles, colors, etc. when making repairs.

We include permitting fees with quotes and handle entire permitting process with local municipalities. We call for all required inspections.

Our installers complete extensive in-house training and maintain industry certifications. We perform full background checks as part of hiring process as well.
